EY is seeking an experienced SAP Retail Manager to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Retail implementations across multiple retail sectors. The role focuses on translating complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions and delivering value through strong project leadership.

Responsibilities include discovery, design, and collaboration with stakeholders to define target-state processes and roadmaps, with travel anticipated 40–60% to client sites and engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years delivering SAP Retail or transformation programs.
• Experience as solution lead, workstream lead, or project leadership.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with cross-functional global teams.
• Familiarity with SAP Best Practices, Clean Core, and modern SAP implementation methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution discovery, process design, and design phases for SAP Retail transformation programs.
• Provide SME across SAP Retail capabilities: Master Data, Listing/Assortment, Pricing/Promotions, Store Ops, POS flows.
• Design integrated solutions across merchandising, planning, supply chain, and store operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define target-state processes and roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops and drive design decisions with business and IT.
