Job summary

EY seeks an experienced SAP Retail Manager to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Retail implementations across multiple retail sectors. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions and partner with global teams to drive transformation.

You will guide discovery and design, collaborate with stakeholders, and travel 40–60% as needed. EY offers a hybrid work model and comprehensive rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP Retail or retail transformation programs; at least 4 years in a lead/manager role.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with cross-functional global teams.
• Familiarity with SAP Best Practices, Clean Core, and modern SAP methodologies.
• Strong written/verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project/workstream and project teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, process design, and solution design phases for SAP Retail transformations.
• Provide SME support across SAP Retail capabilities: Master Data, Listing/Assortment, Pricing/Promotions, Store Ops.
• Design integrated solutions across merchandising, planning, supply chain, and store ops.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define target-state processes and roadmaps.
• Understand integrations between merchandising/planning systems and SAP S/4HANA Retail.
• Knowledge of SAP CAR, POSDAT, and data flows.
• Facilitate workshops and drive design decisions with business and IT.
