Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Solution Specialist to design, develop, and support SAP QM solutions across global manufacturing operations.

You will translate business requirements into scalable technology, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help maintain high-quality processes in a 24x7 manufacturing environment. You will apply SAP QM, ECC, and S/4HANA knowledge to optimize quality management, inspections, and batch processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience in SAP QM or manufacturing IT domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP QM and related areas.
• Design, build, test, and deploy SAP QM solutions.
• Collaborate with business process teams, IT, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
• Support production systems, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
