Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support multiple engineering and capital projects. This hybrid role is based in Denver, CO, with on-site work Tue-Thu and remote work Mon-Fri.

You will report to the Project Manager and manage WOs/POs, budgets, and progress tracking throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in project coordination or related fields and is proficient in SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Engineering Support, or a related field.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create Work Orders (WOs) and Purchase Orders (POs) within SAP.
• Track project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance.
• Coordinate project activities and communicate updates with team members and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and assist with issue resolution to support successful project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and reporting tools.
• Help with project planning, scheduling, and administrative support activities.
• Use SharePoint and other systems to manage project information.
• Support project managers with data collection, reporting, and budget tracking.
• Participate in team meetings and provide project status updates.
