Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services in Denver, CO is seeking a Project Coordinator to support multiple engineering and capital projects by managing project documentation, work orders, purchase orders, budgets, and tracking activities. This is a hybrid position based in Denver, CO, with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday.

The Project Coordinator will report directly to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Engineering Support, or a related field.
• High school diploma/GED
• Proficiency with SAP
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Create Work Orders (WOs) and Purchase Orders (POs) within SAP.
• Track project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance.
• Coordinate project activities and communicate updates with team members and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and assist with issue resolution to support successful project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and reporting tools.
• Help with project planning, scheduling, and administrative support activities.
• Use SharePoint and other systems to manage project information.
• Support project managers with data collection, reporting, and budget tracking.
• Participate in team meetings and provide project status updates.
