Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support multiple engineering and capital projects. This hybrid role is based in Denver, CO, with on-site work Tue-Thu and remote work Mon-Fri.

You will report to the Project Manager and manage WOs/POs, budgets, and progress tracking throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in project coordination or related fields and is proficient in SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Engineering Support, or a related field.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create Work Orders (WOs) and Purchase Orders (POs) within SAP.
• Track project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance.
• Coordinate project activities and communicate updates with team members and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and assist with issue resolution to support successful project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and reporting tools.
• Help with project planning, scheduling, and administrative support activities.
• Use SharePoint and other systems to manage project information.
• Support project managers with data collection, reporting, and budget tracking.
• Participate in team meetings and provide project status updates.

About the role:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support multiple engineering and capital projects by managing project documentation, work orders, purchase orders, budgets, and project tracking activities. This is a hybrid position based in Denver, CO, with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday. The Project Coordinator will report directly to the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
