Job summary

Soho Square Solutions is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager in the San Jose area to lead complex programs. You will manage scope, schedule and budget while coordinating with SMEs and cross‑functional teams across IT and business units.

You will drive execution, maintain rigorous communication with stakeholders, and ensure timely reporting. Familiarity with SAP Analytics Modernization and S/4HANA migrations is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of project/program management experience.
• Define project plan for the project with input from SMEs.
• Create projects including scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, staffing, risk and issue management.
• Facilitate, attend, scribe and distribute meeting minutes.
• Provide cutover weekend coordination and communication as needed.
• Drive project execution by monitoring status and stakeholder needs.
• Report on day-to-day activities to required stakeholders.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills.
• Nice to have PMP Certification.

Responsibilities

• Define project plans with SME input and stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk across multiple initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings, capture minutes and disseminate decisions.
• Coordinate cutover events and communications as needed.

• Program management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall
• 7-10 Years of as a Project/Program Manager
• Create projects which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management
• Define project plan for the project with input from SMEs
• Facilitate, attend, scribe and distribute meeting minutes
• Provide cutover weekend coordination and communication as needed
• Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope and watching for potential roadblocks
• Reporting & communicate on day-to-day activities to required stakeholders
• Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely

• Cloud ERP Transformation: Track record of managing multi-phase migrations of on-premise SAP S/4HANA environments to SAP RISE Cloud.
