Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs aligned with business strategy and value realization goals.

The role requires extensive SAP experience, enterprise transformation know-how, and strong executive stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will drive transformation roadmaps, governance, data migration, and integrations while partnering with CXOs, IT, and delivery teams to realize SAP-enabled outcomes and ongoing value

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on enterprise transformation programs.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end SAP transformations.
• Strong exposure to process transformation across core SAP modules.
• Deep understanding of data migration, integration, and digital architecture.
• Experience managing CXO-level stakeholder relationships.
• Expertise in global delivery models and large-scale team leadership.
• Strong expertise in program architecture, project governance, and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs aligned to business strategy and value realization goals.
• Define transformation roadmaps, drive process standardization, and enable business change.
• Establish program governance, delivery frameworks, and executive reporting mechanisms.
• Manage program execution, milestones, risks, dependencies, quality, and SAP Activate/Agile adherence.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, aligning business objectives with SAP-enabled outcomes.
• Drive stakeholder collaboration across business, IT, delivery teams, and external partners.
• Provide strategic oversight of SAP solutions, integrations, enterprise architecture, and innovation initiatives.
• Champion adoption of SAP BTP, Embedded AI/Joule capabilities, and future-state digital transformation.
• Govern data migration, cutover planning, change management, business readiness, and benefit realization.
• Own program financials, Statements of Work (SOWs), resource planning, vendor management, and delivery accountability.
