The opportunity

As a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architecture solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will manage and deliver complex processes and solutions, focusing on quality and risk management. Your role involves innovative problem-solving and analytical skills to grow your expertise in technology analysis and implementation. Responsibilities include:

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships.
• Overseeing program/project management and engagement economics.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.

Skills And Attributes For Success

To succeed, you need a blend of technical and interpersonal skills, including:

• Managing high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with risk management focus.
• Driving continuous process improvement and innovation.
• Leading and supervising teams to achieve technical initiatives.
• Maintaining billable client work, leading delivery streams, managing projects, engaging with clients.
• Delivering quality SAP projects, researching client inquiries, and staying updated on regulations, industry practices, and technology.
• Strong skills in application functional design and business requirements.
• Ability to analyze and map technology cost-benefit scenarios.
• Expertise in system configuration design and business architecture.
• Excellent communication skills for influencing and negotiating.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 full SAP lifecycle implementations, including one with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Materials Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Invoice Processing.
• Cross-functional knowledge in Sales & Distribution, Production Planning, Accounts Payable is advantageous.
• Experience leading Procure to Pay workstream, conducting solution design workshops, establishing proof of concepts.
• Willingness to travel (~60%).

Preferred Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Prior consulting industry experience.
• SAP certifications.
• Experience with 5+ full lifecycle Procure to Pay implementations, including SAP S/4HANA.
