The opportunity

As a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architecture solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver complex processes and solutions with a focus on quality and risk management. You will face challenges requiring innovative problem-solving and analytical skills, growing your expertise in technology analysis and implementation. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships.
• Overseeing program/project management and ensuring engagement economics are met.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.

• Expertise in system configuration design and business architecture frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills to influence and negotiate effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 full SAP lifecycle implementations, including SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Materials Management Module, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Invoice Processing.
• Cross-functional knowledge (Sales and Distribution, Production Planning, Accounts Payable) is an advantage.
• Experience leading Procure to Pay workstream, solution design workshops, and proof of concepts.
• Willingness to travel up to 60+%.

Preferred Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP Certifications.
• Experience with 5+ full lifecycle implementations focusing on Procure to Pay, including SAP S/4HANA.
