Role Summary

As a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architecture solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver complex processes and solutions, focusing on quality and risk management.
• Lead engagement delivery and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee program/project management, ensuring engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong technical and interpersonal skills to build relationships and deliver results.
• Experience managing teams and delivering SAP projects, including researching client inquiries and emerging issues.
• Technical skills in application functional design and business requirements definition.
• Ability to analyze and map technology cost-benefit scenarios.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 full SAP lifecycle implementations, including one with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Materials Management Module and procurement, inventory, and invoice processing processes.
• Experience leading Procure to Pay workstream and conducting solution design workshops.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Preferred Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP certifications.
• Multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations focusing on Procure to Pay, including SAP S/4HANA.
