The opportunity

We innovate with SAP to co-create innovative solutions, leveraging our expertise in tax, assurance, transactions, risk, and SAP implementation. As a Senior Manager, you will engage with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, translate requirements into technical specifications, and collaborate with technical teams to design system architecture solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver complex SAP processes and solutions, focusing on quality and risk management.
• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships.
• Oversee program/project management, resource planning, and budgeting for complex engagements.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Strong technical skills in SAP application design, configuration, and business requirements analysis.
• Experience in managing teams and delivering SAP projects, including client interactions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5 full SAP lifecycle implementations, with at least one using SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Materials Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Invoice Processing modules.
• Willingness to travel 60%+ as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior consulting experience and SAP certifications.
• Experience leading Procure to Pay workstreams and conducting solution design workshops.
