Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Manufacturing within Core Supply Chain. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical SAP solutions and deliver system architecture designs.

You will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models, gather requirements, and ensure solutions meet business needs while guiding implementation with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA, Production Planning (PP).
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver project deliverables on deadlines.
• Experience managing an SAP project/workstream and project-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status.
• Lead client sessions, planning through execution and closure.
• Design workshops in manufacturing space and implement tailored SAP solutions.
• Manage a hybrid offshore/onshore team for timely project delivery.
• Provide strong SAP Manufacturing expertise and business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on progress and results.
• Build and sustain relationships with key client personnel.
