Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join its Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain capability. You will collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design system architectures for SAP environments.

You will lead workstreams, coordinate hybrid teams, and deliver workshops in manufacturing with best practices in S/4 HANA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• Typically 4–6 years in manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years in SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA, Production Planning (PP).
• Experience leading teams to deliver projects on deadlines.
• Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status against objectives.
• Lead client sessions, planning through execution and closure.
• Design workshops in manufacturing; advise on S/4 HANA best practices.
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams to meet schedules.
• Demonstrate SAP Manufacturing expertise and business sense.
• Deliver high-quality SAP projects and workstreams.
• Maintain clear communication on progress and risks with stakeholders.
• Build and sustain client relationships at all levels.
