Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing professional to join our Technical Consulting team within the Core Supply Chain capability. In this Manager of Technology Analysis role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive improved SAP-based outcomes and sustainable results.

You will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models and translate requirements into technical specs, designing system architectures and delivering tailored SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• At least 4–6 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years with SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA, especially PP module.
• Proven leadership of project-based teams and delivery.
• Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status, aligned with performance objectives.
• Lead client sessions, planning through execution and closure.
• Design workshops in manufacturing, recommend S/4 HANA best practices.
• Oversee hybrid teams (offshore/onshore) for timely delivery.
• Demonstrate SAP Manufacturing expertise with strong business acumen.
• Deliver high-quality SAP projects and workstreams.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on progress and results.
• Cultivate relationships with key client personnel.
