In this role, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models, processes, and operations. You will gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and strong business acumen. Show ability to assimilate new knowledge.
• Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Gather requirements, lead design workshops, and support testing cycles. Provide training and post-go-live support.
• Stay updated on new Asset Management (Plant Maintenance) functionalities released by SAP.
• Collaborate across workstreams to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 4-6 years relevant experience with SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance (PM)/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Understanding of Asset Management principles.
• Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and prior advisory experience.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships.
• Background in technology analysis and implementation.
• End-to-end SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC implementations.
• Experience with Fiori, SAP certifications, and industry-specific experience.
• Experience with additional SAP products and tools.
