As an information security specialist, you will lead security solution implementations for clients, supporting their business protection efforts. You will be part of an international team of specialists addressing complex security needs and enhancing business resilience, working with our Advanced Security Centers to utilize sophisticated tools against cybercrime.

Your key responsibilities

• Research and discover new security vulnerabilities, attend and speak at top security conferences, and share knowledge via white papers and blogs.
• Build comprehensive vulnerability management programs, assist in client engagements, and develop EY’s vulnerability management services.

Skills and attributes for success

• Develop rapport, deliver quality client services, and manage risks effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends, evaluate client vulnerability programs, and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, understand security standards like ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST, and utilize various vulnerability management tools.
• Conduct root cause analysis, evaluate exploitability, and communicate effectively with technical and leadership stakeholders.
• Have a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, project management skills, and the ability to work in diverse environments.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields with 6+ years of experience or a master’s degree with 5+ years.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools and understanding of operating systems, cloud concepts, and networking.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to analyze issues strategically, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior consulting experience, OT and cloud environment experience, penetration testing, scripting skills, and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
