The Opportunity

We innovate with SAP to co-create innovative solutions, combining our expertise in tax, assurance, transactions, risk, and SAP implementation. Join us as a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs with technical solutions, analyzing processes, and ensuring system architecture aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives
• Drive process improvement and innovation
• Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management
• Lead teams and oversee project delivery, including client interactions and travel as needed

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Deep technical capabilities and strong business acumen
• Experience in SAP projects, especially in requirement gathering, solution architecture, testing, and documentation
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to research and address emerging industry issues

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of related experience
• At least 3 SAP full lifecycle implementations, including SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with SAP Materials Management Module and procurement processes
• Leadership in Procure to Pay workstream and solution design workshops
• Willingness to travel up to 80%

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience
• SAP certifications
• Experience in full lifecycle implementations focusing on Procure to Pay and SAP S/4HANA
