Join our team as a Technology Business Analyst Manager, bridging business needs and technical solutions. You will analyze business models and processes, translating requirements into technical specifications, ensuring system architecture aligns with business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.

Skills and Attributes for Success

You should have a strong foundation in managing processes and solutions with quality and risk management focus. Ability to research and apply best practices is crucial for driving innovation.

• Lead and deliver quality SAP projects, including requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, documentation, and functional design. Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into solutions and handle configurations/integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Consistently deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making skills for complex problems.
• Modify policies and establish procedures within the scope of work.
• Exercise sound judgment in methods and results achievement.
• Understand system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4-6 years of relevant SAP Controlling experience, focusing on Product Costing, including various production strategies like Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order. Deep knowledge of Overhead Cost Accounting, Financial Planning, Margin Analysis, and integration points with other modules.
• Strong communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams, with familiarity in hybrid delivery models.
• Deep understanding of cost accounting processes and reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of Product Costing best practices, configurations, and international requirements.

Additional desired skills include SAP certifications, experience with multiple full-cycle implementations, and prior industry accounting experience.
