Role Summary

As a D365 Supply Chain Management Solution Architect, you will evaluate, design, customize, deploy, and optimize solutions on the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain platform. You will collaborate with various EY groups to deliver digital solutions aligned with client strategies.

As a Manager, you will bridge complex business problems with innovative technical solutions, guiding technical decisions to ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop solutions for complex problems and recommend policy changes.
• Establish procedures impacting your work area and broader business functions.
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods and evaluation criteria to achieve results.

Skills & Attributes

Proficiency in project management, solution development, Microsoft Dynamics modules, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, problem-solving, relationship building, and effective communication.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year)
• 4-6 years in solution architecture or ERP solutions
• 5+ years project experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 Supply Chain Management
• At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of D365 Supply Chain Management
• Experience in application analysis, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and data modeling

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree emphasis in relevant fields; master’s preferred
• Microsoft Dynamics Certifications (e.g., MB330)
• Leadership and client-facing experience
