The Opportunity

We are seeking a forward-thinking SAP Manager Consultant to join our Technology Consulting team. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, leveraging your SAP expertise to deliver impactful solutions in financial services.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead a workstream within a finance transformation program, covering strategy to operational implementation.
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Assist finance teams in reimagining their target state with modern technology capabilities.
• Design finance operating models and introduce digital finance capabilities focusing on SAP modules such as General Ledger, Asset Accounting, and others.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and perform FIT-GAP analysis.
• Lead solution design, configuration, testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Communicate progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with global teams on international business transformations.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Leadership passion, talent development, and client relationship skills.
• Experience in SAP ERP Finance solutions, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to develop implementation plans and communicate risks effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of SAP FICO implementation experience.
• Minimum 3 years in SAP S/4HANA, covering two SAP FICO modules.
• At least 1 year in financial services or similar industry.
• Deep understanding of core finance processes and technology architecture.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, data modeling, and reporting.
• SAP RISE Migration and S/4HANA conversion experience.
• Project management familiarity and SAP certifications.
• Graduate or post-graduate degree in related fields.
