The Opportunity

We are seeking a forward-thinking SAP Manager Consultant to join our Technology Consulting team. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, leveraging your SAP expertise to deliver innovative solutions and lasting results in the financial services industry.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within finance transformation programs, focusing on SAP modules such as General Ledger, Asset Accounting, etc.
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to document requirements and perform FIT-GAP analysis.
• Design high-level solutions and configure SAP-enabled solutions.
• Oversee testing, quality assurance, and defect management.
• Communicate progress, manage risks, and collaborate with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP FICO implementation experience.
• At least 3 years of SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Relevant experience in financial services or similar industry.
• Deep understanding of finance processes and SAP architecture.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and data modeling.
• SAP certifications and knowledge of SAP RISE migration and S/4HANA conversion.
