The Opportunity

We are seeking a forward-thinking SAP Manager Consultant to lead our Technology Consulting team. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to leverage your SAP expertise, helping clients achieve improved outcomes through innovative solutions in tax, assurance, transaction, and risk management.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead a workstream in finance transformation programs, focusing on SAP modules such as General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and more.
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery.
• Support finance teams in reimagining their target state with modern technology capabilities.
• Design finance operating models and implement SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and perform FIT-GAP analysis.
• Lead solution design, configuration, testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Manage communication of project progress, risks, and issues.
• Work with international teams on global business transformations.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Experience in SAP ERP Finance (FICO) lifecycle management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of SAP Core Finance implementation experience.
• 3+ years in SAP S/4HANA, with at least two modules covered.
• 1+ year in financial services industry or similar.
• Deep understanding of finance processes and technology architecture.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design experience.
• Data modeling and reporting expertise.
• SAP RISE Migration and S/4HANA conversion experience.
• Project management familiarity and SAP certifications.
• Graduate degree in related fields.
