The Opportunity

We seek a forward-thinking SAP Manager Consultant to join our Technology Consulting team. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, leveraging your SAP expertise to achieve improved outcomes and lasting results, focusing on tax, assurance, transaction, and risk management, and implementing SAP solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead a workstream within a finance transformation program, from strategy to implementation.
• Develop and execute plans for project deliverables.
• Assist finance teams in reimagining their target state with modern technology.
• Design finance operating models and introduce digital finance capabilities, focusing on SAP modules such as General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Accounting, Master Data Management, and Allocations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and perform FIT-GAP analysis.
• Lead solution design and configuration of SAP solutions.
• Ensure quality delivery through regular reviews and testing.
• Communicate progress, identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with global teams on business transformations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of SAP Core Finance (FICO) implementation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP S/4HANA implementation experience covering at least two SAP FICO modules.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in financial services or similar industry.
• Deep understanding of core finance processes and technology architecture.
• Experience in process design and mapping.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
• Data modeling and reporting experience.
• Experience with SAP RISE Migration and S/4HANA conversion.
• Project management familiarity.
• SAP Certifications.
• Post-graduate degree in related fields.
