The opportunity

We are seeking a proactive SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Manager to join our SuccessFactors team. This role involves addressing digital-era organizational challenges using SAP technology, with a focus on strategy, customer value, user experience, processes, and operational impacts.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead the management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects, emphasizing quality and risk management.
• Engage with external clients, lead workstreams, and participate in planning through execution and closure. Travel may be required.

Additional responsibilities include developing solutions for complex problems, providing guidance to team members, managing client relationships, leading workshops, managing project plans, configuring SAP Payroll solutions, resolving payroll issues, and ensuring compliance and accurate payroll processing.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong technical and business skills, relationship management, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including multiple full-cycle implementations, technical expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll, and proficiency in Agile methodologies.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor’s degree.
• Over 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with 3-4 full implementations.
• Technical expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll, SAP Payroll, and SuccessFactors integration.
• Certifications and willingness to travel.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Consulting experience or deep functional process knowledge.
• Leadership experience and multiple full-cycle module implementations.
