Bechtel is seeking a Payroll Business Analyst to organize and implement changes to the Global Bechtel Business Services (BBS) Payroll system and related expense allocation software. This role works with finance and IT, serving as a liaison and advocate for system strategies.

The position is part-time telework with at least three days per week in person at the office or project, with schedules set in coordination with leadership and the payroll operation team.

Formación

• Requires a bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or related field with 1-2 years of experience, or 5-6 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Solid SAP Payroll knowledge and related systems.

Responsabilidades

• Understand requirements and regulatory changes for payroll and expense systems.
• Prepare documentation, test cases, and validation for production finance systems.
• Interface with technical and functional teams to align system capabilities.
• Develop training materials and deliver training on system modifications.
• Support ad hoc data collection, reporting, and analysis.
