Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience; or 5–6 years in lieu of degree.
• Must have the legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Understand and analyze business and regulatory requirements and recommend solutions to systems issues.
• Prepare functional specs, decision papers, test cases, and test plans for payroll and expense systems.
• Interface with technical and functional teams to align system capabilities with modifications.
• Develop solutions to support production system modifications.
• Attend meetings representing the functional organizations for payroll or expense applications.
• Complete integration testing, test cases, and project schedule objects.
• Communicate changes to generate updated procedures and process maps.
• Develop training materials and deliver training as needed.
• Support management with ad hoc data collection, reporting, and special projects.
