Bechtel Corporation is seeking a Payroll Business Analyst for part-time telework with required in-person attendance in Glendale, AZ. You will manage changes to the Global Bechtel Business Services payroll system and expense allocation software, coordinating with the finance user group and IT as directed by payroll operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field and 1–2 years of relevant experience or 5–6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Must have the legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business and regulatory requirements and recommend system solutions.
• Prepare functional specs, test plans and papers for finance system updates.
• Coordinate with technical and functional teams to align system capabilities with payroll changes.
• Develop solutions for proposed production system modifications.
• Attend meetings representing the functional organization for payroll or expense apps.
• Complete integration testing and document test results and schedules.
• Communicate changes to create updated procedures and process maps.
• Create training materials and deliver training on system modifications.
• Support ad hoc data collection, reporting and special projects.
