The Opportunity

We innovate with SAP to co-create innovative solutions, combining our expertise in tax, assurance, transactions, and risk management, as well as SAP implementation. We help clients achieve better outcomes and lasting results from strategy to execution.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams, supervise design, configuration, and implementation of SAP OTC solutions including Sales Order Management, ATP, Shipping, Credit Management, Pricing, Billing, and more.
• Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and strong business understanding in the Order-to-Cash domain and related areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement. Stay current with industry trends like S/4HANA with Rise, BTP, SAP AI scenarios, and adapt to new knowledge.
• Understand the impact of master data and hierarchies on OTC processes and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Consistently deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Lead client workshops and meetings to gather and understand user needs, establish relationships with client personnel.
• Inspire and lead diverse teams, provide feedback and coaching, foster an inclusive environment, and mentor junior staff.
• Generate new business opportunities, understand EY’s services, and maintain long-term client relationships. Collaborate across practices to serve client needs.
• Support professional development of team members through training and career opportunities.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, design and blueprint solutions, and document workflows. Translate needs into business solutions, configure SAP systems, and ensure seamless integration with non-SAP systems.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of eight years experience in SAP OTC, with deep functional and technical expertise in SD modules in SAP S/4HANA/ECC, capable of designing and implementing complex WRICEF objects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Proven leadership in client relationships and project management, with a track record of SAP project delivery.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, benchmarking, and relevant consulting experience.
• Ability to research client inquiries, emerging issues, regulations, and technologies.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous consulting experience.
• SAP certifications.
