The opportunity

EY is investing significantly in its AI & Data practice. As a Risk AI & Analytics Senior Manager, you will help clients leverage AI at scale to improve business outcomes, focusing on risk consulting. You will work with various clients to deliver advanced data science and big data technologies, designing scalable solutions that unify and analyze diverse data sources. You will guide clients through modern data science, analytics, and software engineering, with a focus on internal audit, controls, and compliance.

This role offers high visibility and growth opportunities, ideal for leaders at the intersection of AI strategy and AI/ML operations capabilities.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams working with clients to define, develop, and operationalize AI strategies at scale, with a focus on risk consulting.
• Develop and execute comprehensive AI strategies aligned with client goals.
• Lead AI engineers and data scientists in delivering modern AI solutions.
• Stay updated on AI technology trends and provide guidance on ModelOps tools and solutions.
• Design and implement ModelOps architectures for AI deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deploy and integrate AI solutions within client ecosystems.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, technological innovations, and AI regulations globally.
• Understand clients’ data, AI, and technology landscapes, and align solutions with their business priorities.
• Work effectively in hybrid team environments, fostering strong client relationships and delivering high-quality services.
• Solve problems by integrating data-driven decision-making approaches.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or MS degree in Business, Economics, Technology Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience with internal audit, controls, compliance, and business processes.
• 8-10+ years in business or technology consulting roles.
• 3-5+ years managing technical or consulting teams.
• Experience with Generative AI models, frameworks, and deployment (e.g., OpenAI, LLMs, RAG).
• Proficiency with ML packages (scikit-learn, Pytorch, ONNX) and DevOps tools (GIT, Azure DevOps, Jira).
• Deep understanding of ML workflows, MLOps platforms, and cloud deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in data manipulation tools (SQL, Pandas, Spark).
• Knowledge of containerization, scaling models, and AI frameworks.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership in data science, AI, or cloud transformation projects.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, design thinking, and certifications in Data & AI domains.
• Advanced degrees in relevant fields and skills in additional programming languages.
• Experience fine-tuning Generative AI models.
