Role Overview

Our goal is to provide clients with unique insights on leveraging SAP technology to enhance their operations. We focus on EY’s SAP service lines, including Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors, aimed at improving performance and productivity.

The Opportunity

We innovate with SAP to co-create innovative solutions, combining our expertise across tax, assurance, transactions, risk, and SAP implementation. You will work with key Finance stakeholders to understand their needs, advise on SAP Finance capabilities, and drive sales processes in large engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale sales pursuits in sectors like Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology, or Industrial Products, focusing on Finance.
• Identify new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service offerings and assessing client needs.
• Build long-term relationships with clients across various sectors, including CXOs, to foster trust and collaboration.
• Utilize EY’s sales framework to proactively pursue SAP opportunities, incorporating creative solutions to meet client transformation needs.
• Manage engagement delivery, client relationships, program management, and resource planning.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong technical skills in application design and business requirements.
• Ability to analyze and map technology cost-benefit scenarios.
• Experience in system configuration and business architecture.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to deliver quality client services, monitor progress, and manage risks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• 5-7+ years in sales/pursuits.
• 10+ years working with SAP S4HANA Finance modules.
• Experience leading SAP Finance implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP Accelerate or similar methodologies.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel 60+%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting experience with Big Four or SAP SI firms.
• SAP certifications (e.g., C_TS4FI, C_TS4CO, E-S4CPE).
• Industry experience in Finance or Accounting.
