Job summary

K.L. Scott & Associates, LLC is seeking an SAP Organizational Change Manager (OCM) and Trainer to help federal clients adopt SAP solutions.

The role includes assessing organizational impacts, preparing users for new processes, and delivering practical communications and training to support sustained system use. Responsibilities include developing change management and training plans, creating role-specific materials, delivering virtual trainings, and collecting feedback to measure adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least five years of experience working on the SAP platform.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting federal government programs.
• Experience leading change management and training activities for SAP implementations or enhancements.
• Strong facilitation, instructional design, stakeholder communication, and virtual training delivery skills.

Responsibilities
