ANDRITZ in Montoursville, PA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage the order lifecycle from quotation to shipment. You will work with Sales, Product Management, Logistics, Quality, and vendors to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.

You will entry orders in SAP, coordinate shipments, respond to inquiries, and maintain documentation. A strong communicator with 2+ years in customer service and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred; familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or sales support.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, supply chain, or logistics preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and provide quotations to customers and sales teams.
• Enter, maintain, and expedite customer orders in SAP.
• Review customer orders for accuracy before release for manufacturing.
• Coordinate shipments, delivery schedules, and logistics requirements.
• Communicate order status, shipment updates, and schedule changes to customers and sales partners.
• Purchase materials and work with vendors to fulfill order requirements.
• Support customer consignment inventory and inventory management programs.
• Maintain accurate order documentation, inspection reports, and customer records.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, returns, and shipments.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, Logistics, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure successful order fulfillment.
