ANDRITZ in Montoursville, PA is hiring a customer-focused professional to manage the order lifecycle for domestic and international customers. You’ll handle quotations, order entry in SAP, shipment coordination, and ongoing customer communication.

This on-site role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in customer service or order management, with SAP experience and MS Office proficiency. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Quality, and Operations to ensure accurate, on-time

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, sales support, or a related role.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, supply chain, or logistics preferred.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping terms and logistics coordination is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quotations for customers and sales teams.
• Enter, maintain, and expedite customer orders in SAP.
• Review orders for accuracy before release to manufacturing.
• Coordinate shipments and delivery schedules.
• Communicate order status and changes to customers and sales partners.
• Procure materials and work with vendors to fulfill orders.
• Support customer consignment inventory and inventory programs.
• Maintain order documentation and inspection records.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries about products, orders, returns, and shipments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Logistics, Quality, and Operations teams.
