Job summary

ANDRITZ in Montoursville, PA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage quotations, order entry, shipment coordination, and ongoing customer support. Qualifications

• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, distribution, supply chain, or logistics environments is preferred.
• SAP or other ERP system experience preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping terms, freight processes, and logistics coordination is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and provide quotations to customers and sales teams.
• Enter, maintain, and expedite customer orders in SAP.
• Review customer orders to ensure accuracy and completeness before release for manufacturing.
• Coordinate shipments, delivery schedules, and logistics requirements.
• Communicate order status, shipment updates, and schedule changes to customers and sales partners.
• Purchase materials and work with vendors to fulfill order requirements.
• Support customer consignment inventory and inventory management programs.
• Maintain accurate order documentation, inspection reports, and customer records.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, returns, and shipments.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, Logistics, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure successful order fulfillment.

Your Impact
