Job summary

ANDRITZ is seeking a self-motivated professional to support the PKP Service group in Oldsmar, FL. The role involves generating SAP quotes, managing service contracts, and maintaining project files while ensuring accurate invoicing and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of customer service or accounting experience, a BA/BS, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with SAP or ERP is a plus, and occasional travel within the US is required.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in customer service, inside sales, or accounting.
• BA/BS required; accounting/finance degree preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook; SAP or ERP familiarity a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a team or independently.
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform activities for PKP Service.
• Generate SAP quote numbers and electronic folders for Spare Parts, Field Service, and Service Contract quotes.
• Prepare and distribute quotes to customers and completed orders for invoicing.
• Audit orders for accuracy; enter orders in SAP.
• Generate and track purchase requisitions for project purchasing.
• Maintain project files and off-site inventory.
• Schedule and report activities on a weekly basis.
• Collaborate with management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist Project Managers with account upkeep, contract renewals, and scopes.
• Travel 2-3 trips per year within the US.
