Job summary

Univar Solutions USA Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to ensure accurate SAP ERP transactions, inventory integrity and smooth daily plant operations.

You will collaborate with Operations Managers and Supervisors to drive inbound/outbound shipments, manage inventories, and maintain required documentation. The role supports procurement, shipment coordination, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with multiple departments to ensure efficient, safe operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Degree in Operations Management, Accounting or Supply Chain related areas preferred.
• 2-5 years experience managing transactions through SAP ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactional activities in SAP ERP including receiving materials into inventory and assigning storage locations.
• Direct material picks and review/process production orders to schedule production.
• Manage documentation to meet customer and regulatory requirements and coordinate shipments.
• Support plant safety activities and maintain regulatory/environmental documentation.
• Procure indirect and capital materials, manage vendor setup, invoicing and reconciliation.
• Coordinate communication with Sales, Purchasing and Transportation teams regarding order fulfillment and shipment statuses.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments; track container movements and aging materials.
