Job summary

Univar Solutions USA LLC seeks an Operations Coordinator I in Clearfield, UT to ensure accurate SAP ERP transactions and support daily plant operations. You will work with Operations Managers to move materials, manage inventory, and coordinate shipments with carriers while ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy.

The role requires a solid understanding of warehouse operations, independence, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment; High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Strong technical competence with standard business computer systems.
• Proven understanding of Operations Management best practices.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks to ensure completion of work.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactional activities in SAP ERP, including receiving materials into inventory and assigning storage locations.
• Direct material picks for shipment to customers and review/firm process orders.
• Coordinate shipments with common carriers and manage related documentation.
• Support plant safety activities and regulatory documentation.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and reconciliation.
