Job summary

Univar Solutions USA Inc is seeking an Operations Coordinator I in New Jersey to manage transactional activities in SAP ERP, coordinate with Operations leadership, and support inventory and shipment workflows across the plant. You will ensure accuracy in material handling, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

The role demands strong technical acumen and the ability to prioritize daily tasks while working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Operations Management best practices.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks to ensure completion of work.
• Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing/plant environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactional activities in SAP ERP (inbound/outbound, inventory, labeling, documentation).
• Coordinate with Operations Managers and Supervisors to drive plant activities.
• Track shipments and inventory, and ensure compliance with internal/external requirements.
• Support plant safety activities and regulatory/documentation management.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Transportation, and Sales to manage orders and material status.
