Job summary

Univar Solutions in Morrisville, PA, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily plant operations by managing SAP transactions, inventory processes, shipment coordination, and essential documentation.

The role interfaces with Operations, Customer Service, Transportation, Purchasing, and vendors to ensure compliant, efficient operations. A high school diploma and ERP familiarity are required; SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process inventory, shipping, receiving, and production transactions in SAP.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and communicate status with teams and carriers.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Manage operational documentation and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Assist with procurement, vendor management, invoice reconciliation, and special projects.
