Job summary

Univar Solutions is seeking an Operations Coordinator at our Denver, CO site to ensure accurate SAP ERP transactions and to support daily plant operations. You will partner with Operations Managers to track shipments, manage inventory, maintain documentation, and assist with customer order fulfillment, shipment tracking, carrier coordination, and vendor relationships.

The role requires attention to detail, SAP experience preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; shipping/receiving

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential for accurate SAP ERP transactions.
• Experience using Word and Excel is required.
• Experience shipping/receiving with an inventory system is a plus.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory flow and shipments.
• Receive goods and handle put-away activities.
• Complete freight claims and back-order follow-ups.
• Track damaged material, aged inventory, and quarantine items.
• Maintain warehouse computer setup and coordinate 3PL products.
• Assist with vendor material returns and issue credit memos.
