Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking an hourly coordinator to support a 3PL distribution center in North Las Vegas. You will monitor SAP transactions, help resolve errors, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory and on-time shipments.

You will prepare daily reports on volume, backlog, shipping status, and exceptions, while collaborating with 3PL leadership to address workload and escalation needs. Prior experience with SAP and warehouse systems is preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant technical coursework preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, inventory, transportation, customer service, or operations-support experience.
Experience using SAP, ERP, WMS, order-management, inventory, or reporting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide hourly coordinator support for daily 3PL distribution center operations.
Support SAP execution across the Water business by monitoring transactions and researching errors.
Prepare and distribute daily site reporting on volume, backlog, shipping status, and inventory issues.
Support 3PL site leadership to review daily priorities and follow up on items needing internal support.
Serve as first point of SAP-related questions for the 3PL team and escalation pathways.
Monitor SAP queues, exception reports, and dashboards to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
