Job summary

Nordic Naturals is seeking a Logistics Transportation Analyst in Vista, CA to plan weekly and daily interplant transfers of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging between central warehouses and manufacturing locations. You will arrange transportation, manage STOs, and work with 3PLs to ensure timely delivery of materials for production and distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in DRP, material planning, inventory control, production scheduling, or warehouse coordination.
• Experience using SAP.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate material movements between warehouses and manufacturing sites.
• Coordinate with 3PLs and distribution centers to ensure on-time material delivery.
• Maintain cGMP-compliant documentation and audit-ready records.
• Monitor transportation metrics and support continuous improvement of material flows.
