Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a skilled hourly coordinator to support 3PL distribution center operations and SAP execution across the Water business. You will monitor transactions, research errors, validate order status, and escalate issues impacting service, inventory, or site performance.

You will prepare and distribute daily site reporting, communicate priorities with 3PL leadership, and help ensure timely follow-up on items needing internal support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant coursework preferred.
• Minimum of 24 months of applicable warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, inventory, transportation, customer service, order management, or operations-support experience required.
• Experience using SAP, ERP, WMS, order-management, inventory, or reporting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hourly coordinator support for daily 3PL distribution center operations, including order flow, shipping, receiving, inventory movement, issue resolution, and operational follow-up.
• Support SAP execution across the Water business by monitoring transactions, researching errors, assisting with corrections, validating order status, and escalating system or process issues that could impact service, inventory accuracy, or site performance.
• Prepare and distribute daily site reporting, including key operational updates related to volume, backlog, shipping status, service performance, inventory issues, aged orders, open transactions, and exception follow-up.
• Maintain clear daily communication with internal partners and the 3PL regarding order status, system issues, priority shipments, service risks, and follow-up actions needed to support customer commitments.
