Job summary

Univar Solutions is seeking an Operations Coordinator I to support plant-level transactions in our SAP ERP system and coordinate daily logistics with Operations Managers and Supervisors. You will track inbound and outbound shipments, manage inventories, and ensure documentation compliance to serve customers and regulators.

Success requires solid warehouse operations knowledge, strong technical acumen, and the ability to work independently while prioritizing tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Operations Management best practices.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks.
• Experience with SAP ERP transactions is preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactional activities in SAP ERP, including inventory receipt and put-away.
• Direct material picks, schedule production, and process orders.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers and monitor shipment status.
• Maintain regulatory and environmental documentation and records.
• Support procurement, vendor setup, and invoice reconciliation.
