Job summary

Ruveon in Muscatine, IA, is seeking a Business Systems Coordinator to support SAP and MES processes across receipts, inventory, orders, and production data.

You will own master data, drive system improvements, coordinate outages, and partner with manufacturing, logistics, and finance to ensure accurate reporting and efficient operations.

This role requires knowledge of materials management and experience with SAP/MES and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Five years’ manufacturing or related experience or a bachelor’s degree with one year manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of materials management principles, computerized planning and production scheduling.
• Experience with SAP and MES systems in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support for troubleshooting issues related to receipts, inventory, unloads, orders, and shipments within MES and SAP.
• Create and maintain master data across functional areas.
• Develop knowledge to support logistics and production execution systems.
• Collaborate with accounting and production at month end to ensure accurate process orders reporting.
• Monitor SAP error reports to ensure process orders are settled and reporting is accurate at the Muscatine site.
• Maintain inventories at the Muscatine site including on-site warehouses and manufacturing facilities.
• Lead efforts to reduce slow-moving inventories through innovative supply relationships.
• Develop and execute initiatives for business-system and process improvements.
• Develop and manage solutions that streamline current business-system activities.
• Implement process-improvement plans within materials management to reduce non-value-added activities.
• Coordinate SAP production outages.
