Job summary

Ruveon seeks a Process Engineer Multipurpose Unit to support design, construction and implementation of capital projects, interfacing with Facilities, PCS and Project Engineering for US operations in Muscatine, Iowa.

Day-to-day process support includes troubleshooting and optimization. A bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or related engineering field (or BS/BA by Aug 2027) is required; 2+ years experience preferred. Competitive compensation with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related engineering discipline (or BS/BA completed by August 2027).
• 2+ years experience preferred; MS with 0+ years is acceptable.
• Experience in process measurement and applications in manufacturing/industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to plan, coordinate, and execute technical activities to support manufacturing operations safely and efficiently.
• Assist area management in achieving performance goals related to safety, quality, waste minimization, capacity, reliability, and operability.
• Coordinate with production planners on timing and raw material availability; develop and track KPIs.
• Support investigations of area performance issues and implement technical solutions for safety, quality, environment, capacity, reliability, and operability.
