RWE Americas, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist II to manage SAP-driven inventory processes and master data integrity across multiple sites. You will optimize stock levels, drive cycle counts, and coordinate with vendors and OEMs to resolve issues while supporting site operations.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, continuous improvement, and mentoring junior staff within a safety-focused environment. Strong SAP and Excel skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in inventory, warehouse, or material management; 3+ years with SAP MM/PM or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions to support operations.
• Perform SAP transactions (goods movements, transfers, adjustments).
• Maintain master data, material creation and updates.
• Monitor inventory levels, bin locations, and material tracking in SAP MM.
• Support inventory forecasting and stocking strategies.
• Perform quarterly inventory counts and site visits.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and site operations.
• Review vendor quotes and manage supplier orders; communicate risks.
