Job summary

Ruveon in Muscatine, IA seeks a Business Systems Coordinator to ensure accurate inventory, production, and process-order reporting across the Muscatine site, including on-site and off-site warehouses and the bulk rail yard. You will support month-end activities with accounting and production, monitor SAP errors, and maintain master data.

The role requires strong knowledge of materials management, SAP/MES support, and a track record in process-improvement initiatives to reduce non-value-added

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with five years' manufacturing experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of materials management, planning and scheduling.
• Experience with SAP and related systems in a manufacturing context.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate inventory, production, consumption, and process-order reporting at the Muscatine site.
• Support month-end activities with accounting and production teams.
• Monitor and correct SAP errors; ensure process-order settlements.
• Provide MES and SAP user support; maintain master data.
• Lead initiatives to reduce slow-moving inventories and streamline processes.
