Job summary

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in warehousing within manufacturing, SAP and MRP experience, and strong communication skills to support cross-functional collaboration and cost-conscious operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field required or preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' warehouse and shipping experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP and safe work practices.
• SAP experience required.
• MRP experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Forklift certification.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to meet deadlines; able to delegate and follow through.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead QRMP audit and assist in corrective actions.
• Lead QRMP implementation to achieve targeted KPI.
• Monitor inventories and assist in scheduling personnel.
• Reconcile inventory movements daily.
• Oversee inbound/outbound activities and vendor management.
• Manage SAP master data and 4-week production planning.
• Supervise warehouse staff and support process improvements.
• Coordinate with procurement and R&D on materials.
